My project Spiritual-U has been an evolving force since day one from wanting to sell metaphysical products to blogging and a Facebook page.Now comes the next step in the evolution a joint venture with my partners business Backstage Beauty we decided to mix fashion and the metaphysical to create "From the Cauldron to the Catwalk" a Jewelry Line with a Purpose. This is a labor of love merged from two different worlds for the women that wants be spiritual but still look fashionable. "Psychic Girlfriends"

Hi everyone so yesterday I wrote a posting on my Facebook page about Psychic Girlfriends which is one of my Favorite things. Since I feel so strongly about the subject I'm going to further elaborate on it. I feel every psychic/spiritual being needs a group of friends that they can turn to when it comes to their metaphysical beliefs.The way the name came about was thanks to my partner he just jokingly said one day "Ok Psychic Girlfriends go outside your getting to loud" it was funny but I loved the term. Plus sense all my friends that are into the metaphysical are female it was a perfect fit. Now I thought about changing the name to something more gender neutral so guys don't feel uncomfortable but hey for any guys that want to join we will call you a "Psychic Guyfriend" for me I'm comfortable with "Psychic Girlfriend". Now lets face it sometimes we come into our beliefs without anybody to turn to. Its very important to meet individuals in your area that share those same ideas as you do because this will increase your knowledge and gain insight from others. The way I would do it is meeting once a week or if your a busy person once every two weeks. We would gather in the morning bringing coffee and donuts and sit together talking about everything that we had on our minds. From the latest paranormal/metaphysical news to our newest stones that we just got. This was so much fun sometimes we would even test each other psychically trying to see each others spirit guides or making predictions. I encourage everyone to start a group doesn't have to be a lot of people just between 2-5 as food and time of day are concerned change it up you don't have to do breakfast do instead an evening with the Psychic Girlfriends wine,cheese and crackers. It's up to you so let me know what you guys come up with because I wanna keep track and who knows maybe I might stop by via webcam to join in on your "Psychic Girlfriends" get together :) I'm serious let me know and I will do it!!!Like I'm serious I WILL!

My Reiki Journey Part 2 and........Thor showed up O_O

Once I began the Reiki treatment on my master Krista my psychic sense kicked in along with the Reiki. Anytime I would feel a bump or ridge on a part of the body I would psychically try to see what the problem was. On her leg I saw lots of pain which I later find out it was from a car accident when she was younger. As I continue working on her body Frank tells me go through all the Reiki hand positions on her body to get practice when I go up to her head I felt a bar jabbed in her head like there was a lock and it needed to be broken to free her. Intuitively I needed to say an incantation and call for help since this was clearly something I couldn't remove on my own the incantation used was "With theses words said at this time Krista's ancestors join me in this ryhme. Help break the lock that binds. Free her from block cast in her mind". Literaly I see someone rip a seam in the room like they were crossing through time.A man that looked like Thor from the marvel comic's pops out and tells me to hold the metal bar and he pulls out his axe and cuts right through it the bar evaporates into nothing. Later I described to my masters who showed up and they concluded it may have been one of her ancestors because she does have viking heritage. After the treatment came the real work because since that day I have been on a full on 21 day cleanse which included reciting the Reiki Principles, Performing Reiki on myself, daily meditations, eating healthy, drinking lots of water and lots more. Its rough but hey no journey is easy. Everything is going so far so well and I'm excited to perfomr Reiki on any friends who want me to. My Reiki Journey Part 1

As I have previously shared with you guys I was finally going to learn Reiki Level 1.Now that my wifi/internet are up and fully running I am able to share this fascinating experience with you guys! My trainers and long time friends now known as my "Reiki Masters" Krista and Frank are an amazing dynamic duo that guided me in my journey. To be honest at first I felt nervous because I didn't know what to expect. I had previously worked with others that are Reiki Healers so I'm totally familiar with the chakras and grounding.To those unfamiliar with Reiki here is some general information (taken directly from www.reiki.org which also full of good information check it out!) Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.It was a blessing to be the only student this meant a lot of one on one interaction with my masters:). The first part of the day consisted of learning the history of Reiki along with learning the hand positions that I would utilize during the treatment.After all the wealth of information I understood this was a true honor and it had to be taken with the highest respect. I vow to make my lineage proud and not let my Masters down.During the second part of our day began my attunement which is a process where you are given the abilities to give Reiki treatments. I have heard so many stories from others when they got attuned that they started crying and got real emotional. Thankfully that wasnt me. During the process I felt a surge of energy going through my left hand my psychic senses where also enhanced its almost as if my abilities where given an upgrade. After the attunement I felt a closer connection with my masters almost like they became my family.Then the next phase was actually practicing using the hand positions on my first Reiki client which was my master Krista. Lets get Personal: How Positive Thinking Changed my Luck

As many of you have known the end of December to late January have been rough for me. I wanted to get more candid with my fan base, and share what I have been going through and how the power of positive thinking can truly open up doors for you. Previously it was shared with you guys how I was going through some health problems and 3 days before Christmas me and my partner were forced to move out of a room we were renting. This was total unexpected and especially during the holidays we had no where to go. We were forced to move out of town and move in with family that lived an hour away. To make matters worse we had to move to a room with a tiny window the size of my head. It just seemed no matter how hard I tried to be happy and find a little sunlight it was literally being taken away from us. At this point I tried to make the best of it. Here I am telling myself to stay positive dam it! Stay positive! I'm going to be positive. All of a sudden I realized that I'm gonna have to drive to work everyday 2hr commute daily. By then I said what the hell.......and I lost it. The tears came down my face I was cursing the world. You know what? It felt good letting it all out because it was too much. Like I have said in previous post when you feel like you have to cry and let out anger by all means please do so. Afterwords you will feel better and are able to move on to fix the situation. Every since that day I have been waking up every morning trying to do my best to stay positive and be alert for opportunities to bring change in our life. At some point I started chanting daily incantations to bring luck our way. Let me tell you when you ask The Universe for a favor she sends kick ass help. It just seemed like an overwhelming luck was coming my way all in a two day span. At work I got a promotion that I really liked. Then at the end of the day my manager tells me I got a raise and a bonus. To top it off I had this feeling of calling my former property manager to see if she had any spaces available for rent. She tells me you know what I have only one available someone just moved out today. On a side note she never has vacant apartments.It's kind of crazy how sometimes the wheels in your life might stay in a stand still but when you get change coming your way they are moving faster and faster like you wouldn't believe.This is why I shared my story with you today because if anyone out there feels this way just know you have to try to be positive and find those opportunities. Now that this phase in my life comes to a close I will be moving into my new home in less then a week. As soon as the internet connection goes up which should be in a week or less I will be posting more frequently and back on with my friends!!
